Our referral program is truly industry-leading with a minimum referral fee of $1,000 right up to $3,000 per successful referral.

We strongly believe in taking care of those who take care of us, as well as the individuals they refer to us for new opportunities in Building Services, Design, and Engineering across Australia.

Below is our terms and conditions for all referrals made to us…..

  • Confirm with your referee.

    All referrers must confirm first with the candidates they are referring in writing (email is best) that they are happy to have their contact details shared with Built Talent Solutions by law. Any liability if not adhered to under the Privacy act or any other associated laws, is that of the referrer and not Built Talent Solutions Pty Ltd.

  • Submit CV with candidate contact details by email with the subject bar containing 1) Candidate name 2) “Refer and earn”.

    All referrals must be emailed to contact@builttalent.com.au with the above details in the subject bar of the email, as well as a current up to date CV of their candidate. Failure to do this will void all referrals.

  • We will contact your referral and work with them one on one to map out the best roles in the market for them and arrange interviews.

    We will make contact with your referral to begin the process of finding them a new role with our extensive network of employers in Building Services, Design and Engineering Australia wide to secure interviews and job offers.

  • Once your referral accepts and signs a contract with one of our employers.

    At this point we will notify you by email that your candidate has accepted a role with one of the employers we have introduced them to. If the candidate accepts another role we haven’t introduced them to (ie they have found themselves or through another recruiter), the referral fee is obviously not payable.

  • Your referral must satisfy their “probation period” with their new employer.

    Once your referral starts with the new employer we have introduced them to, and we’ve been paid a recruitment fee by. The candidate must first satisfy their “probation period” as set out in their employment contract, or our “guarantee period” as agreed with the employer. Which ever is sooner. For example if we have a 3 month guarantee agreed with the employer, but the probation period of the candidate in their contract is 6 months, we will pay out the referral fee to you after 3 months continuous employment with the employer provided our invoice has been paid by the employer at that time. And vice versa.

  • Paying out your referral fee

    We will make contact to obtain your bank account details to deposit the referral fee directly into. No referral fees will be paid in cash and must be paid into an Australian or New Zealand bank account only, no exceptions.
