Construction

We cover all requirements of New Build construction teams. New build' is a term that denotes new construction as opposed to the renovation or refurbishment of existing structures. New build can include newly constructed structures of all types such as apartments, office blocks, hospitals, stadia and so on.

We cover all requirements and roles for “Commercial Refurb”. As a broad term, refurbishment is often used interchangeably with renovation or restoration (which is to do with restoring a building to its former condition). In general, refurbishment can encompass such works as ‘cosmetic’ renovations (such as painting and decorating), upgrading, major repair work, alterations, conversions, extensions and modernisations.

We cover all requirements and roles for “Commercial Fit out”. “Fit out” typically refers to activities making a commercial tenant interior space suitable for occupation. Often fit-out construction is performed by a tenant’s own contractor, as opposed to the landlord’s construction company.
